What are you going to do?

As a seconded OutSystems specialist you work in a team for clients such as Eneco, Scildon, PON, Holland Casino, etc. You use your skills in a variety of environments, which allows you to build up a broad, valuable experience as a specialist.
Good communication with the customer and manage realistic expectations are essential. From your professionalism you coordinate the content of your work (manner) with the customer. The work is carried out independently or in a team. The location of the work can be (partly) at the customer’s, at the ADA office in Oosterhout (in North Brabant) or at home. You live in the Randstad, Utrecht, Breda or Eindhoven region.

Your duties include:

  • aligning expectations with the customer;
  • developing software for new / existing applications;
  • technical realization of business processes;
  • thinking along with the customer;
  • keeping track and expanding in depth or width your skills.

The main focus for this function is on the technical realization of solutions.

What do we expect from you?

  • A completed HBO education
  • Good command of Dutch in speech and writing
  • At least 2 years experience with OutSystems and total at least 5 years experience in developing systems
  • Skills in C# en/of Java programming
  • Skills in SQL
  • Some skill in Javascript, CSS and HTML
  • Knowledge of design patterns
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • As a person you are decisive, analytically strong and pragmatic
  • Experience with agile development is an advantage
  • Certified Professional or Expert Developer is an advantage
  • 36 hours per week is possible


As an OutSystems specialist you get all the space you need for further development. We work together on the development of your personal skills and the use of your talents. From the requested position you can develop further into Tech Lead, Architect or DevOps engineer.

Involvement in ADA ICT

ADA ICT has different meetings every year. We have study evenings and informal meetings (like speed boat, bowling, karting, escape room). We have active field and account management. The Adagio staff regularly organizes fun events. Popular is the “Kick-Off” where we, together with the partners of the employees, go away for a long weekend to eg Paris, London or the Ardennes. In addition to the various meetings, there is a formal meeting four times a year during which information is shared and discussed. All employees are present.


Preferably you enter into an employment contract for forty hours a week. Depending on your experience, the salary is between 4,000 and 6,000 euros gross per month. You have access to a lease car without a personal contribution and an unlimited number of private kilometers.
We have 25 vacation days (and Good Friday). The possibility is there to buy additional days.
Working abroad and overtime is well rewarded.
Travel time required for commuting is always an important topic when you get seconded. ADA ICT has a scheme whereby travel time above 12.5 hours per week is compensated by working less hours per week. If the customer allows working from home, you can. To be able to do your work well, you will have an excellent laptop at your disposal. Telephone and internet are made available. Study is paid for by ADA ICT without limitation by an annual budget. ADA ICT has a profit sharing. We are also happy to help you compare (salary) rewards.
